Fire classification F 30
Self-supporting double-skin arch structures can be executed as fire resistance class F30 (fire inhibiting) construction elements with a structural safety of up to 90 min. according to ÖNORM, B3800/2.
Contrary to the double-skin arch superstructure, whose internal skin is supported to the substructure, a fire inhibiting structure requires the external skin alone to be able to show load-bearing capacity in case of fire. The internal skin falls as a load-bearing element and merely prevents the insulation material from falling down.
09 FIRE SMOKE VENTILATION (BRE)
The integration of BRE plants is done on the ridge of the LEGATO-Arch roof. Framings made out of U profiles and circular profiles are placed between the external and internal skin, so those parts are not visible.
Special curbs, which are perfectly formed according to the radius of the arch, are designed to hold all customary fire smoke ventilation systems or domed roof-lights.
The whole BRE plant can be delivered and assembled as a package. |
