The LEGATO-Arch system convinces because of its versatility.

We can create the perfect mix of materials and therefore we exactly meet your special requirements.

You have the choice:

Single-skin or insulated double-skin system

Single-skin without insulation or double-skin with an intermediate heat-insulating layer. The thickness of insulation used is determined by the use of the building and the requirements regarding the Ordinance on the Protection of Heat.

Span and width

System LEGATO allows unsupported spans of up to approx. 22,5 m, determined by the depth of the profile shape, quality of material, sheet thickness and the prevailing static conditions. Higher span widths can be produced by using supplement constructions.

Radius and arch rise

The arch rise has a strong influence on the design. With a minimum radius of 4 meters you will achieve a splendid metric ton effect. For larger spans and flat bows radii of about 50 meters are possible.

Starting material

Coil sheets (corresponding to DIN EN 10 147, galvanized with a zinc layer on both sides. Furthermore, plastic coatings are applied by means of coil coating). For the optimisation of the construction weight in relation to the static we offer 5 different grades of sheet thickness between 0,75 mm and 1,5 mm.
