What is your task?
In the course of constructing and/or renovating a steel hall including roof and wall, you are the responsible assembly manager and in charge of assigning and leading the respective assembly team. The regional area of activity/project focus is in southern Germany. Depending on the size of the respective project, you are responsible for several projects simultaneously.
Your main tasks include, among others:
- professional site management (steel construction assembly including roof and wall)
- supervision and coordination of the assembly team as well as cooperation with external companies
- organization of the construction site
- monitoring deadlines and ensuring assembly quality
- the enforcement of health and safety measures
- participation in construction meetings, inspections, etc.
What is expected of you?
You have completed technical vocational training in the field of metal construction, steel construction / foreman for construction / or a comparable qualification, preferably from the tinsmith and locksmith sector or a similar activity, or you have several years of relevant assembly experience.
You are assertive, stress-resistant, reliable, and proactive. A willingness to travel is required. The ability to work in a structured, systematic, and solution-oriented manner completes your profile.
