Construction progress: Production plant for Brückner Textile is growing

The largest contract in the history of PEM Buildings is in full swing. After the harsh winter, construction is progressing rapidly.

A steel framework structure and an office building are being erected on a total area of 27,600 m². In addition, a photovoltaic system is being installed and a large green belt with trees and bushes is being created. The general contractor assignment is being handled by PEM Buildings together with Johann Feldbauer Bau GmbH from Roding (Germany).

„The unexpectedly harsh winter set us back a bit in our work. But now the construction site is growing at a rapid pace,“ says Mag. Thomas Ennsberger, Managing Director of PEM Buildings, during a visit to the construction site in Tittmoning, Bavaria.

The roof over the assembly area has already been completed and the interior work will start in a few days. „The shell construction work for the office and the production plant is in full swing. Our team on site provides the right solution for every challenge,“ says the head of the general contractor department, master builder Peter Urban.

Completion is already scheduled for autumn 2017.
