Customer Profile: Kainz Company

The Kainz family, based in Irschenberg, Germany, specializes in the construction and rental of national and international commercial buildings and is one of PEM Buildings„ long-standing customers. The fact that Kainz has been working with PEM since 2004 goes back to a personal contact from the early days of the company. Back then, in 1980, Kainz produced equipment for meat and bakery processing. “When building a meat processing factory, we worked with Mr. Reisinger, who impressed us so much that we didn't want to do without this expertise on our next project either,„ explains Martin Kainz, adding: “Mr. Reisinger meanwhile moved to PEM, and then one thing led to another." Kainz implemented the first joint project with PEM in 2004. Two more buildings followed in 2010, and the current construction project is nearing completion. 

Competence from start to finish
As a landlord of commercial properties, Kainz places particular importance on the quality and durability of the buildings. „PEM not only has highly competent employees, but also ensures the best quality with their subcontractors“, says Martin Kainz enthusiastically. Especially in leasing, you need a partner by your side who is quick to respond. „With the small complaints we had in our projects, PEM took responsibility without discussion and put everything right again“, Kainz emphasizes the successful cooperation.

Handshake quality that counts
Kainz is not only satisfied with the cooperation with the Mauthausen steel constructor, but also with their reliability: „For me as an entrepreneur, every construction project carries a certain risk, but with PEM I can rely 100% on the agreed costs being adhered to and there being no cost overruns.“ Martin Kainz has since handed over the company to his sons and is confident that PEM will continue to be relied upon for future projects.
