For over 25 years, Johann Feldbauer GmbH has been working with PEM Buildings – and has long since become one of PEM's established partners. As a medium-sized general construction company whose main business area is in commercial construction, i.e. production and industrial construction, Feldbauer provides comprehensive services in the building construction and civil engineering industry. The initial connection between the two construction specialists arose through a client who submitted an inquiry to both Feldbauer and PEM – and communicated this openly with Feldbauer. That is why authorized signatory Simml from Feldbauer sought contact with the steel specialist. „I simply called and reached PEM’s then-salesman Walter Reisinger,“ recalls authorized signatory Simmel from Feldbauer, „During the phone call, I immediately sensed that we would be a good fit for him and PEM Buildings. And I was right; working with them is very reasonable and straightforward.“ The first exchange immediately led to the first of many joint projects between PEM and Feldbauer.

Innovation and speed are not only what distinguish Feldbauer as a construction specialist. PEM also lives by these values. „Especially when it comes to punctuality, we can always rely on PEM,“ says Simml happily. The steel specialist works in an extremely structured way and thus conscientiously meets work targets. This allows them to hand over joint projects to clients on schedule.
