Employee portrait: Ruben Tiron

Even as a child, Ruben Tiron was interested in construction. For about six years now, he has been living out this passion at PEM Buildings on a daily basis. The core competencies of the father of two are planning and project management.

Ruben Tiron's entry at PEM came as a surprise. After submitting his resume to the steel specialist without thinking much about it, he received feedback a week before his vacation in Austria. „After the vacation, I had my first meeting with PEM and immediately felt comfortable. Since then, I have stayed with PEM,“ the project manager recalls. In the meantime, he has become a permanent member of the team and is known as a humorous colleague and friend.

Everyday work at PEM: Fun in the team
At the beginning of his career, Ruben Tiron's area of responsibility was creating plans and working out the details of the facade and roof. „Then I was entrusted with the management of various projects“, explains the colleague about his career at PEM and continues: „My current workday depends on how complicated the project I am involved in is.“ He especially appreciates working with his colleagues: „No matter if it's a stressful or relaxed day – laughter, good mood, and coffee are always part of it. We are a close-knit team and stick together, no matter what. You won't find a working atmosphere like at PEM anywhere else.“

Managing a major project and balancing family life
The biogas plant for the company Fuchsluger is a new assignment that Ruben Tiron is currently working on. „It is a large, complex, and very interesting project with many responsibilities“, he reports, „Of course, my expertise is the most important thing for this. But for me, projects are always a very personal matter. I put my heart into them.“ To balance things out, the father of two spends his evenings after work with his family, preferably with his children: „My little ones“ hobbies are also my hobbies at the moment. We ride bikes together, play Uno or board games." This way, Ruben Tiron can recharge his energy for his projects.
