PEM Buildings' general contractor division is moving

Since the beginning of February, an extension for the rapidly growing general contractor division has been built at the company site in Mauthausen. Now the move into the new offices has followed.

The extension of the PEM Buildings headquarters at the company site in Mauthausen was built on an area of around 220 m². The construction work, which was carried out by the Mauthausen steel hall specialist with the support of regional companies, was completed on schedule.

Nine employees of the general contractor department moved into their new offices yesterday, which are equipped to a high industrial standard with state-of-the-art infrastructure. „We have been active in the general contractor sector for 15 years and see that the demand for turnkey projects continues to rise sharply. With the extension and the expansion of the general contractor department, we want to adapt even further to the needs and wishes of our customers. In addition, with the expansion of the company headquarters in the Upper Austrian central region, we want to strengthen our roots even more, but also continue our already successful path in southern Germany,“ says authorized signatory and head of the general contractor department Peter Urban.
