Joint project by PEM Buildings with subsidiary Gerba in Gelsenkirchen

Together with its subsidiary GERBA, PEM Buildings is handling the construction of a logistics center for the company ProReServ in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. A steel hall is being built on a site of approximately 10,600 m². The planning and delivery of the steel structure is being carried out by the steel hall specialist from Mauthausen. As the general contractor, GERBA is responsible for the entire project execution. For the subsidiary from Schwerin, this contract is one of the largest in the company's history. „The groundbreaking ceremony will take place in April and we are pleased that we have been awarded this project,“ said the managing director of GERBA Industrial and Hall Construction GmbH, Mr. Thomas Gerbstädt.
