In Bavarian Tittmoning, PEM Buildings is carrying out the largest contract in the company's 40-year history. A production plant for Brückner Textile as well as an adjacent office building are being constructed. The contract volume is around 25 million euros. „Since the beginning of negotiations, we have put the customer's wishes at the forefront and developed solutions for them. This basis of trust was ultimately decisive for being awarded the contract“, says authorized officer Peter Urban, who prevailed against major German and Austrian competitors for this large contract.

A steel truss construction on reinforced concrete columns is being erected on an area of 25,900 m² and an office building with 1,700 m². A photovoltaic system will also be installed on the flat roof. Furthermore, a 28,500 m² green belt with trees and bushes will be created. The general contractor assignment is being handled by PEM Buildings together with Johann Feldbauer Bau GmbH from Roding (Germany). Completion is already scheduled for autumn 2017.
