New construction of a logistics center for German sports brand ERIMA

In Kirchentellinsfurt, Germany, PEM Buildings is constructing a new logistics center on an area of more than 6,000 m² for ERIMA.

Since 1900, the German sportswear manufacturer ERIMA sportswear and accessories has been producing. With subsidiaries in France, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and its headquarters in Pfullingen, Germany, ERIMA is one of the largest sports brands in Europe.

PEM Buildings will take over the construction of the new ERIMA logistics center in Kirchentellinsfurt (Germany) starting in September 2017. On an area of 2,376 m², a steel structure for an administration and office building will be erected. In addition, the steel hall specialist from Mauthausen is building an Autostore warehouse on 2,807 m² as well as a high-bay warehouse with 877 m² made of SIN corrugated web beams. „This construction is an in-house development of our group, Zeman Bauelemente Produktionsgesellschaft in Scheifling (Styria). High-quality materials are used and, with the know-how and expertise of our employees on site, the optimal hall solution for the customer is implemented,“ says Mag. Thomas Ennsberger, Managing Director of PEM Buildings. The steel structure on a total area of 6,060 m² will be equipped with a trapezoidal roof with foil covering as well as insulated sandwich elements in the wall cladding.

The client for this new building is Gottlob Brodbeck GmbH & Co KG, a road and civil engineering company from Metzingen, Germany. The completion of the logistics center is scheduled for the end of 2017.
