PEM Buildings built a modern beverage market in Straubing (D)

The branch network of Endres beverage specialist market, which currently counts nine stores, has been expanded by a new location in Straubing. PEM Buildings constructed a steel hall as well as roof and wall cladding. On an area of around 1,300 m², including a canopy, 40 tons of steel were used and the most modern beverage specialist market in Lower Bavaria was built. Furthermore, roof and wall cladding made of sandwich panels were installed. These panels are lined with PU foam insulation or mineral wool for even better thermal or cooling effects. „Our employees developed a functional and visually appealing hall solution for Getränke Ludwig Endres. For the customer, an energy-saving and environmentally friendly construction method was also a focus,“ says Franz Scholl, branch manager of the PEM Buildings location in Landshut. The construction work was completed on schedule.
