PEM Buildings constructs a truck workshop for Neo Trans in Himberg

In order to maintain its own fleet and offer a 24-hour repair service, NeoTrans built a new workshop. The Himberg transport company, in cooperation with PEM Buildings, constructed a new truck workshop with six lanes and drive-throughs. On an area of 1,300 m², the steel hall specialist from Mauthausen carried out the hall construction. The walls are clad with sandwich panels and the roof was built as a membrane roof. For NeoTrans's major project, a filling station and a washing facility for their own trucks were also built.

In addition to the workshop, a new office building was also constructed on the site. PEM Buildings erected a post-and-beam facade on an additional area of 500 m². The highlight of the office building is the Alu-Cobond facade, made of aluminum composite panels, which is another trade of PEM Buildings. „This very high-quality aluminum wall cladding was professionally installed by our competent and professional employees despite the complex assembly work. The client, Mr. Hüseyin Köse, is very satisfied with the execution of the project by PEM,“ says Mag. Thomas Ennsberger, Managing Director of PEM Buildings, pleased with the acceptance of the construction site by the customer.
