PEM Buildings is building a new production hall including an administrative building as general contractor

In Bad Feilnach – Au (D), PEM Buildings is currently acting as the general contractor for the company Bacher. A production hall is being built on an area of 4,400 m² with office space on 1,050 m². In the production hall, an intermediate concrete platform is also being constructed. „Our scope of services for this project already begins with the initial planning. Due to the poor load-bearing capacity, we have to carry out extensive ground improvements and construct grouted vibro stone columns“, says master builder Peter Urban, head of the general contractor department at PEM Buildings, about the challenge in Germany. „Despite the additional work on the subsoil, construction is progressing rapidly and we will already be able to hand over the turnkey building in November of this year“, adds Urban.
