PEM Buildings is expanding

Strong growth in the general contractor sector requires the expansion of the company headquarters of PEM Buildings.

After careful planning and conceptualization, construction work for the expansion of the headquarters at the PEM Buildings company site in Mauthausen began at the beginning of February. In the coming months, an extension will be built on an area of around 220 m², which is scheduled for completion in the summer. The extension has now become urgently necessary due to strong growth in the general contractor sector. „The general contracting market is currently and will continue to be a growing area for us. Customers from both domestic and international markets are increasingly awarding their contracts to general contractors, and we, as a partner with a handshake quality, ensure timely and cost-efficient implementation,“ reports Mag. Thomas Ennsberger, Managing Director of PEM Buildings. If required, the building can be further extended. The construction management is handled by the Mauthausen steel hall specialist, and the construction work is supported by regional companies. The construction of the new extension will be carried out, as it is for customers, in the usual high quality.
