New branch in Schramberg for PEM Germany

PEM Buildings continues to grow and opened a new branch in Schramberg (Baden-Württemberg) on March 1, 2025. With this step, PEM strengthens its presence in the region and focuses on more intensive support for construction projects on site. At the start, the office will be staffed with three experienced construction technicians and site managers. Together with Karl Bürger, the sales representative responsible for Baden-Württemberg, the team is building another pillar for PEM Germany. The focus of the new branch is particularly on general contractor projects – from acquisition and planning to turnkey construction. With the new location, PEM Germany underlines its commitment to high-quality construction projects and close cooperation with customers in the region.
