PEM company building: Preserving value through renovation

PEM not only places the highest value on ensuring that its customers„ buildings are always up to date and fit for the future. This summer, the focus was also on renovating its own company building.„ It is always important to consider the building as a whole. Our company building has a large old section, which is now over 43 years old. However, the architecture is timeless and still very beautiful. In order to preserve this basic structure, we are renovating very carefully and gradually adapting the entire building to our current needs,“, says PEM Managing Director Thomas Ennsberger about the value-preserving work on PEM's company building.

As part of the renovation, the exterior facade was cleaned and newly insulated. Automatically controlled blinds protect the windows equally from bad weather and excessive sunlight. They make a significant contribution to the building's increased comfort and energy efficiency. In addition, professional gardeners replanted the entire company premises of the Mauthausen steel hall specialist, creating an eye-catcher that welcomes both employees and customers alike.  

The completely renovated PEM company building now proudly presents itself from afar. A nine-meter-high pylon sends a clearly visible signal to all passers-by: This is where PEM works.
