As early as 2010, PEM Buildings was able to prove itself as a partner with a handshake quality in the general contractor project for R. Schramm GmbH in Niederviehbach (D). For the follow-up order, PEM once again acted as the general contractor and built a new facility with around 1,500m² of office space and 3,000m² of factory space.
