PEM implements state-of-the-art Proficenter in Tyrol
The Tyrolean industrial plant supplier Feistmantl Cleaning Systems is investing in the future with a new production and administration building. A state-of-the-art Proficenter is to be created for the further development and production of their waste container cleaning systems, which have now been on the market for 30 years. For this purpose, the company based in Schwaz chose PEM Buildings as project partner and general contractor. The Mauthausen steel hall specialist is implementing the Proficenter on a total construction area of 2,020 m²: In addition to an office building for administration, marketing and sales, service and customer service as well as the development department, two production halls equipped to the latest standards for mobile and stationary cleaning systems are being built. The halls each consist of steel constructions with the PEM system as well as a sandwich roof and sandwich walls. PEM is also implementing the outdoor facilities such as the parking area and the fence system.
Mag. Thomas Ennsberger, Managing Director of PEM Buildings, is particularly proud of the speed of this project: „Construction is progressing rapidly. We only started in August, and we are currently assembling the supporting structure for the hall. This construction site clearly demonstrates PEM's commitment to quality and delivery reliability: construction only began last month and the initial occupancy of the production halls is already scheduled for mid-December. The turnkey handover of the office building is planned for early summer 2021.“
