PEM builds gym for Newform-Fitness

Newform-Fitness gets and keeps its customers in shape. In addition to successful locations in Linz and Steyr, a modern training center including outdoor facilities is now being built in Bad Hall in cooperation with PEM as general contractor. The heart of the building is the 850 m² studio, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, a cardio center, and a CrossFit facility.  

After the project started on September 20, the team led by PEM finalized the foundations and stonework at the end of October. This was followed by the delivery and assembly of the steel structure by PEM. By the end of the year, the hall structure will be completed. For this, the hall construction experts are taking advantage of the benefits of the foil roof and sandwich walls. By the opening in summer 2022, the interior work as well as the more than 1,000 m² outdoor area for outdoor training will be completed.
