New site for Windhager

A new site for Windhager Zentralheizung GmbH is being built in Pinsdorf (near Gmunden). On almost 26,000 m², the heat pump manufacturer is constructing a production and development center for sustainable energy. As the general contractor for the project, Zeman & Co has also brought PEM Buildings on board. The steel hall specialist is responsible for the facade cladding using sandwich panels, the connections and terminations of the facade, as well as the window installations. For the 15,000 m² facade of the new building, including a high-bay warehouse over 23.5 m high, sandwich panels with polyurethane and mineral wool cores are being used. After completion at the end of 2023, up to 40,000 heat pumps per year are to be produced in the new production hall.
