Record speed on the construction site – BBW production facility is taking shape
A new turnkey production facility for BBW is being built in Edling on a total area of 6,400 m². PEM is realizing this major project together with its long-standing joint venture partner, Feldbauer – a proven team that has already successfully completed numerous projects.
Impressive construction progress
Site manager Ing. Patrick Königsecker reports on exceptional construction progress: Construction began in mid-September 2025. By the end of February 2026, a sealed building was already standing on over 6,000 m² – realized in close cooperation with the joint venture partner Feldbauer. Despite an intense and weather-challenging winter, the building envelope could be completely closed.
Interior trades are taking off
Currently, preparations for laying the hall floor are in full swing. At the same time, the ventilation contractor has started his work, and drywall construction has already begun. A project that requires the highest level of coordination both organizationally and technically – and which PEM is implementing together with Feldbauer in the usual quality and reliability.
