Successful and on-time acceptance at Bacher GmbH

In Bad Feilnbach-Au in Germany, PEM Buildings handed over the turnkey property to client Josef Kuchlmeier, one of the two managing directors of Bacher GmbH.

The steel hall specialist supported the project as a partner with a handshake quality from the design concept to completion. A steel hall including a shed, which is used as a storage area, was built on an area of 4,400 m², stage installations on 1,400 m², and also an office building on around 800 m². PEM Buildings was also responsible for the exterior design and adapted an asphalt and paved area of 4,700 m².

„Within a year, we were able to successfully and, above all, on schedule complete all construction work at Bacher GmbH. Even though we had to deal with difficult ground conditions, we were able to develop the optimal solution for our customer thanks to our many years of expertise and know-how.“, reports master builder Peter Urban, head of the general contractor department at PEM Buildings.

The highly satisfied customer could now be handed over the turnkey property.
