In Bavarian Tittmoning, PEM Buildings carried out the largest contract in the company's 40-year history. The contract: production plant for Brückner Textile as well as an adjacent office building.

A steel truss construction was erected on reinforced concrete columns on an area of 25,900 m² and an office building with 1,700 m². A photovoltaic system was also installed on the flat roof and a 28,500 m² green belt with trees and bushes was created around the company building.
