The Tyrolean machinery and plant engineering company Feistmantl Cleaning Systems is investing in the future with a new production and administration building. A state-of-the-art professional center was created for the further development and production of their waste container cleaning systems. PEM is implementing the professional center on a total construction area of 2,200 m²: In addition to an office building for administration, marketing and sales, service and customer support, as well as the development department, two production halls equipped with the latest technology for mobile and stationary cleaning systems were built. The halls each consist of steel structures with the PEM system, as well as a sandwich roof and sandwich walls. PEM also implemented the outdoor facilities such as the parking area and the fence system.
