IPoR – Innovative Pool Construction Ritzberger GmbH

The pool builder IPoR decided in the summer of 2019 to go with PEM Buildings. We were able to realize the new company building in the form of a steel hall on a total area of 1,975 m².

Due to the increased demand for IPoR's pools, it was absolutely necessary to expand production in Eferding. Therefore, a plot of land was acquired on the new Eferding bypass. Now the new company building could be completed. On the new site, a new office building and a new modern production hall of 1,500 m² including a showroom have been built. This allows the production chain to be made as short and efficient as possible.

The new building also creates additional jobs for skilled workers. The company currently employs 19 people.
