PEM Buildings constructed a truck workshop for the transport company Neotrans for its internal fleet. A sophisticated Alu-Cobond facade as a highlight on the office building was also executed by PEM. On an area of 1,300 m², the steel hall specialist from Mauthausen carried out the hall construction. The walls are clad with sandwich panels and the roof was designed as a membrane roof. For the large-scale project of Neotrans, a filling station and a washing facility for the company's own trucks were also built.
