TVI Development and Production GmbH

A turnkey company headquarters was built at the Bruckmühl site in Bavaria. The contract sum of 14 million euros corresponds to the largest single order in PEM Buildings' 44-year history.

On a total area of 15,640 m², a new production hall, a logistics loading yard, an office building with application center, and new outdoor facilities including car parking spaces were built.
A particular challenge was the construction of the demonstration rooms for meat portioning. The complex cleanroom technology was installed there in compliance with strict hygiene regulations.
