Zell am See Airfield

At Zell am See airfield, PEM Buildings, as a partial general contractor, constructed a new hangar with 1,505 m² of hall space and a 3,150 m² outdoor area. From planning and structural calculations to turnkey handover at the end of August 2024, PEM handled all construction services. These included, among others, earthworks, foundation work, assembly of the reinforced concrete and hall structure, as well as completion of the outdoor areas and WC installation.
With a robust sandwich roof, single-skin wall cladding, and two large folding gates, the new hangar offers optimal conditions for operations at the airfield.
